Orders are processed within 24 hrs and then shipped Monday through Friday.
We ship via Canada Post or Purolator for all online orders. Delivery times vary depending on which shipping speed you select during the checkout.
Returns + Exchanges
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AT ALL IN-STORE OR ONLINE. WE OFFER AN EXCHANGE OR A STORE CREDIT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE
When merchandise is purchased in-store we accept exchanges or store credits within 7 days of purchase. If it's an online pick up order, the 7 days exchange and store credit starts the day you pick it up in-store.
When merchandise is purchased ONLINE we accept exchanges or store credits within 7 days of delivered date. Items can be returned to our closest location. The cost to return any item is at the buyers expense.
If returning an item, please contact us once you've placed the item in the mail and provide us with the tracking number. You will also need to notify us of whether you're looking for an exchange or receive a store credit.
Once we receive the returned item we will contact you to confirm the item was received and that it meets our requirements for a return or store credit.
Merchandise purchased in-store and online that is on sale is FINAL SALE. Can be exchanged only for size if stock is available within 7 days of purchase. Online exchanges and returns are made at your own expense.
CONDITION FOR RETURNS
Items must be in the same condition as they were sold in.
This includes:- Tags must be on. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Items with marks from makeup, body oil or bronzer will not be accepted
- Items that have collected any strong smells such as food or perfume will not be accepted
