CityLux Brings Luxe Lifestyle Clothing to Vancouver
When Citylux first opened in 2014, Vancouver was in desperate need of a store that catered to high-end glam party dresses.
First off, it was the perfect storm due to the fact that social media was making it impossible to wear an outfit more than once.
Secondly, Holt Renfrew and Leone’s had options, but for the majority, it wasn't practical to buy a thousand dollar dress every weekend.
Thirdly, the online shopping experience was fraught with problems from duties and taxes to items not fitting or taking too long to arrive.
The city was ripe for a new entrant on the fashion scene. Thus CityLux was born. We started off with a very small shop to test the concept. As expected we quickly learned that there were a ton of women searching for luxe party dresses. Affordable bandage dresses were becoming massively in demand, as women no longer were willing to pay thousands of dollars for Herve Leger dresses.Especially when the quality was the same.
Fast forward 2 years, CityLux has expanded significantly and carries over 500 pieces in our Vancouver store alone. Our style is all about empowering women to feel sexy and confident. We’ve got the hottest new looks straight off the runway. From lace crop tops, bralettes, to midi dresses, and tons of matching two-piece items. For those daring fashionistas we’ve got deep cut lace-up bodysuits with plunging necklines. We’ve got the infamous “Naked” dress that’s sheer mesh and lace. We’ve got caged bandage dresses and lots and lots of faux leather pieces.
Of course, our flagship item is anything bandage. Bandage skirts, bandage crop tops, and bandage dresses. Seriously we have it all. If you saw a celeb wearing it on Instagram chances are, that likely we have it. This is why CityLux is as popular as it is today. We’re Canada’s number one provider in luxe high glam party fashion. Come check out our shop in downtown Vancouver or go online and shop our website. We ship anywhere in Canada.
